Its not illegal for a Dr to contact the parents of a minor. Minors have no rights if their parents insurance is paying for the Dr's visit.

Planned Parenthood doesnt contact your parents.

You must currently reside in the U.S., be between the , ages of 18 and 40, and satisfy all of the requirements of the medical questionnaire.

question in title.

Planned parenthood will write a prescription on demand.

I personally think its criminal you need a prescription for this thanks to to the religious right (but I'll take that discussion to P&N). It's a sad day when the head of the FDA caves to political pressure.

Why blame the religious right? I know a group "Atheists against Abortion."

Arrugh - that's the whole point - THIS IS NOT ABORTION. It prevents the sperm from hooking up with the ovum. There is no fetus yet.

-Chu

Nope, this prevents the fertalized egg from implanting.

Plan B is just a heavier dose of current BC pills/patches. Why do people expect Plan B be OTC when regular BC pills/patches aren't?
