1) stop sexing without protection
2) sex only when you want to have a baby

3) go to the hospital (or even your local doctor) and get it. Remember, it's effective for like 2 days after you sexed her

first two don't get you the pill smartass

if you're in washington state, it's OTC.

Planned parenthood will write a prescription on demand.

I personally think its criminal you need a prescription for this thanks to to the religious right (but I'll take that discussion to P&N). It's a sad day when the head of the FDA caves to political pressure.

Considering the fact that ~50% of all U.S. pregnancies are unplanned, I think I'd rather have OTC contraception instead of paying out my pocket for trailer-trash welfare.

Why blame the religious right? I know a group "Atheists against Abortion."

Arrugh - that's the whole point - THIS IS NOT ABORTION. It prevents the sperm from hooking up with the ovum. There is no fetus yet.

idk about state laws or anything but I'm pretty sure the doctors can't tell your parents about anything, it's all confidential. Learned it in PIG class!:p

Nope, this prevents the fertalized egg from implanting.

And the reason why they havent allowed it to be OTC yet, is theres not enough data on the use of Plan B as a primary birth control measure, which it would most certainly become if it was OTC.
