How would I know if ATI 7500 is a retail or OEM?

I bought a ATI 7500 at Futureshop, how would I know if it is a retail or OEM card. The chip has the ATI logo but the silk screen dosen't.
 
generally your oem comes as a stand alone card in an anti-static bag. The retail version will have a box, drivers, manual and maybe even cables. Occaissionally oem versions will have lower speed rates on their memory units and processors but that's rare and I haven't heard of it being applied to the 7500. hope this helps
