How would I go about flashing my 9800 Pro to an XT?

I have a 128mb Sapphire 9800 Pro with a R360 core and I was just wondering what all I need to flash it. I already have the correct bios image.

may have the wrong forum here man. Try an overclocking site. I know my roomate did it but he doesn't remember the site he got the flash file from.

Thanks! I just got done flashing it. That was a lot easier and faster than I thought it would be.

Yea I know this one is old, but is this possible with a built by ATI with R350?

Overclocking R350 is still possible of course. As far as a BIOS flashing, I havent tried myself, but I read this article. http://www.pppmail.com/9800pro/2.html

This person has an R350 core and a BIOS flash did nothing to help his overclock. In fact it just caused him problems.

Overclocking is, but not flashing to an XT. It's highly not recommended to even try.

If you're using software to read your core revision, it may be wrong as it reads a BIOS string. To check, you really do have to look at the chip.
