How worried should i be

I wouldn't worry. As long as she's not lying about the pill and doesn't miss any.

EDIT: I say this based on being with my wife for 11 without using condoms. It took 3 months for the effects of the pill to go away when we wanted to have a baby.

Well the general concensus is that you should stop worrying. Her chances of being pregnant are VERY slim. First of all, she's on birth control. That has about a 99% success rate in preventing pregnancy. Secondly, there are only a few days a month that a woman can get pregnant. The egg only survives for one day if it is not fertilized. Unless you have sex during that one day, or within a few days before and the sperm are still around, then she can't possibly get pregnant.

Don't worry about it.
