Family history of heart problems.
My grandfather died from a heart attack, my father barely survived one (he actually suffered the attack in a hospital emergency room waiting area, and tehy had to shock him back to life).

Not really. My grandfather died before I was born, but from the pictures I've seen he seemed to have been in great shape. My father was a little overwieght at the time, but nothing drastic. I myself gotta get back into shape, but I'm not really overweight.
 
Almost certainly suicide. I've thought about it since I was 14 (now 23), but I'm not strong enough to overcome the fear of pain. If someone came up with a quick and low-pain solution I'd go for it. Death is the most difficult certainty in life that is beyond our control, so people should be given the option to control it.
 
hmm most likely health reasons.

but who knows? thats the exciting part of life! hell i could get eaten by a lion while visiting the zoo! or alians atack the earth and use me for fuel!

actually a freak accident such as a toilet from the space station hits my house and kills me wuld be a way to go.
