Since I have a job, and I noticed the nice price cut on the new nVidia cards I was thinking of grabbing one.

I don't really have any games that need it atm, but i'm sure something will come along.

How will a GTX280 fit with my e6750? I only run 1680x1050 right now.

Other specs are in the sig.

i wouldn't get it. you say yourself that your system plays all your current games fine (and an 8800gt should) @ 16x10. why dont u just wait till something comes along when you actually need it then buy it. you can save some $$ like that.

If you don't need it now, why pay for it now? The value of computer components depreciates quickly, so you're much better off not shelling out top dollar for something you don't need.

If you decide it's a must have at a later date, then worry about it.
