How well does the Zalman CNPS7000A-Cu cool vs the noise levels?

I'm trying to build a new quiet rig and I currently deciding weather to get the zalman heatsink or another Alpha 8045. I have no complaints about the Alpha because theres one in my rig and its quiet and cools very well. I'm planning another Barton 2500+ setup and probably won't overclock too much maybe up to 2.1GHz like my current setup. My rig right now is running stable with temps of 42c with 90F temps outside idle and around 45c under full load. Anyone with this zalman heatsink with a similar or better chip tell me the results you guys get?

I just bought one this afternoon and am impressed. My P4 2.4 is OC'd to 2.8 and Vcc is set to 1.7. I was using the Intel retail heat sink/fan and CPU temp averaged 39 degrees normal or 55 degrees with Sandra burn in utility. (I used Asus Qfan to set the RPM to about 2100)

The Zalman gives me a normal CPU temp of 35 degrees and Sandra BI only gets it to 45 degrees max. I have the Zalman set to 1950 RPM and it's very quiet.

The secret to cool and quiet is lots of large fans set to low rpm.
