How valuable is a general business degree?

I was majoring in Business Administration in management, but I'm not sure if it's right for me. I was looking at the options for all of the different Business Administration areas and there were

Accounting
Finance
Management
Human Resource
General Business

I looked into general business and it's just a personalized selection of classes to take in all of the above fields.

If this would be considered a degree I can get myself a decent job with, I would love to do this.

I know of plenty of managers who are MORONS and they have no degrees. Why they even have such a degree is beyond me.
Why some places hire morons as managers is another question. My degree is in MIS, I do programming now.

I'm going to bump this because I just found out that I'm going to have to move to another campus if I'm going to do anything other than a General Business degree. It's what I'm leaning toward doing. It's basically a degree in Business Administration with sprinkles of finance, accounting, management, marketing, and whatever other courses I decide to take. It's a bachelor's degree and I want to make sure that if I major in this that I am getting a degree where it won't be too terribly difficult to find a decent job.

Also, are associates degrees in Business worthless?

Are you sure about that? I mean, seriously...why would they offer them if they aren't good for anything?
