I dont really have a team. I root for Chicago teams since I've lived there much of my life, but dont really care.

When the patriots lose I honestly am in a bad mood for the rest of the night. Not like violent, just quiet and morbid.

How do you deal with a big loss?

Post this after Ohio State looses to Notre Dame

Depends on the circumstance. I was beyond fvcking pissed after the Auburn/Ga. Tech game (I was there), and after Auburn lost to LSU I was only mildly pissed. Why? Well, because in one game we played like sh!t, and in the other we missed kicks and a few bounces went the wrong way.

I can always handle a close loss with a modicum of reasonableness, but getting your ass beat I cannot handle.

I also don't like bullsh!t calls or losing to rivals. All in all it really depends on the situation and the team. I'm a pretty fair winner/loser, so I rarely get that upset. I've bet and cheered for too much football to get too upset for more than a few hours or a day, and I'm a massive football fan.

I used to get really pissed, glad to know I'm not the only one.

But then I just realized that the Redskins suck after their 7-0 season turned into a 7-9 season a few years back and I moved on with my life :)

Depends right?

Cal vs UCLA. I was slamming my fists on my desk, banging my keyboard, running around my apartment and then sprawling all over the carpet.

Warriors vs San Antonio last year triple OT. I yelled and ran out of my room and down the hall.. Took about 1 min and then I came back in..

It has to be close games where my team should've won and yet it loses.

Games like Cal vs Oregon this year where Joe Ayoob couldn't connect for a TD in OT is understandable. He sucks. We could've won, but we didn't blow a lead or anything, so I just walked away pissed from the radio. Cal vs USC was just disappointing. We knew we were gonna lose, so I didn't really care.

I have never been to a losing baseball or basketball game. Wait I think I went to an A's game in 97 when they lost but that's when I was young and didn't care.

Never went to a losing football game until this semester (missed out on the OSU loss, but I was there for the USC game). I think I would've been more pissed/disappointed at the Cal vs OSU loss since we just outright sucked when we had a friggn good chance (it was an upset damnit).

Unless the Avalanche are on the receiving end of some bullshit officiating, I really don't care all that much when they lose. Just the usual, "ah well, good game anyway" type of response.

I was very pissed when SC lost to Cal couple of years back, 3 over times, we should have won that game,

I get very pissed when India looses in Cricket to Pakistan, we always have the better team but somehow those guys always beat us with spirit/passion, its been better lately but Pakistan really show up when they play against India (except in the world cup :p)
