Heck judges are already sanctioning and fining lawyers for using it to prepare briefs with imaginary citations of law.

There are sense, but the issue is that IA improves even more and won't be neccesary the use of lawyers for that

Its a carefully planted time bomb.

Interesting read, though more depth would have been a plus. On the surface, it seems like an easy way to convert profits into expenses and not pay taxes on that money. I don't know if those sorts of shenanigan's actually happened or not, but it's obvious that any expense that could be shoved over to the R&D column would be.

"Shenanigans." This fuckin' guy. Corporate taxes were always supposed to be about forcing companies to reinvest their profits or the government will reinvest them for you. That's why there is a deduction for charitable contributions. Same fucking thing.
