How to zero a hard drive

Anyone care to share on how to do this? Not just reformat, I know how to do that. But, I want/need to know how to zero it out. TIA

Just download the utilities from whoever made your drive. Should come along with the diagnostic tools.

just download the utility from the hdd makers web site

often times (depending on which harddrive and which utility they use) it called "low level format"
