How to Write to Zero?

Ok, so I have an old hard drive, but I am selling it. How do I write to zero? (Dumb question, yes I know)

Thanks

Google for erase harddrive and pick a tool. Since you didn't mention what OS the machine your doing this from is, it's hard to be more specific.

p.s. Why the long sig AND a riglink?

I'm running WinXP Home. I've searched Google, but it seems that there are many programs/methods of doing this. I just wanted to know which one I should do.

I didin't think my sig was that long? There are plenty of others who have sigs twice as long as mine...

I found a program called LF that runs from DOS just like a normal old school format. Just LF disk and you're done. Low level format takes quite a while, though.

That doesn't make it okay.

Try and keep it to 2-3 lines max.

No offense, but are you the sig police? Try going after people like bjc112 above. He has 15 lines in his sig...

You have too many brackets in your sig. Try to keep it at 1 set max. Kthx.
