How to write a script to restart windows service

Sometimes my PS3 windows service needs to get restarted, is there a quick/easy way to write a script to do that for me, or a little bat file? Something I can put on the desktop, instead of running into services.msc.

There is no RESTART command. You can put the STOP/START commands in a batch file just fine.

Think you have to put the service name in quotes.
