How to VNC into clients behind a Win2k/XP ICS machine

need to be able to VNC into client machines that are running behind a Win2k ICS box and an XP ICS box on another network. Is there a way to easily do this, right now I"m having to "double-vnc", by vnc'ing into the ICS box, and then from there, VNC into a client, which is quite laggy and rediculous.

You need to forward the ports to the internal VNC machines, no idea how to do it (or if it's even possible) with ICS.

so I would need to setup VNC on different ports for each client, and connect to a different port for each machine, correct? I did try at one time forwarding the ports thru ICS to a client and I couldnt get it to work but I only messed with it for 10 minutes, I'll try and give it another shot. ICS does have some kind of port forwarding built in but its kinda weird
