Shit like this is funny. The former president did everything he could to be as dictatorial as possible. Now you have a president that actually wants to do good for his people instead of conquer other lands. And you try to use the current president trying to fix the actions of the previous, bad president as a reasoning to call the current president a dictator? Either get at least 1/3 the population armed and actively fighting, spread amongst all (or almost all) states; or get a good chunk of the military on your side.

In any case, the key is the military. Either spread them out or take them over. No way around it.
