Question How to Verify a used card is actually a 2070 'Super'?

I'm thinking of getting this card used for $400 CDN ($292 USD):

How do I physically verify that it's a 2070 Super just by looking at it? He has the receipt and I'm assuming it says on there, but I don't see a label anywhere on the card (he doesn't have the box). Is it a dumb idea to even consider a 2070 card at this point? I only need 1440p, 75Hz.

That's what I assumed, but if you look at the pictures of that card, there is nothing on the backplate, unless that picture is inaccurate?

Ah, I see there's a sticker on it. Does it say '2070 super' somewhere, or just S/N? The video is pretty blurry. And is it a dumb idea to even buy one now?

That's a pretty good price. I'm not sure I would spend $300 on a 2070S at this point, but I have the luxury of waiting. We don’t know where the 3060 will come in price wise, but if the 3070 is matching a 2080Ti it seems likely that it will come in faster than a 2070S.

Yah, I *think* it's a good price (i.e. maybe still too high)? The guy agreed and then changed his mind though when he saw a few other fools listing 2070 Super cards for $650...uh, the NEW price. I can wait until after Xmas if need-be too. I'm currently playing a few of my backlog of Steam games and Combat Mission SF 2, which all run at 75fps at 1440p on my old 1060 3GB. It's a good opportunity actually as I haven't even played Prey yet, and I bought it a year ago for $5.

My only concern is availability and the almost certain price-gouging that will ensue. Maybe though with Nvidia sticking to the MSRP on their site with their own cards now, that won't be as much of an issue. I have never bought a FE card because I hate blower cards, but these ones are different enough to entice me.
