Finally got internet in my room :)
I've got a regular gigabyte ethernet on my MOBO that i'm using right now. I just got a wireless internet card from my local library "not stolen". Is it possible to split my internet so that I could download on one connection, and use the other to surf the web???

On a regular computer system a single Internet connection can be associated with one card.

Use two instances of I.E one for download and one for surfing.

Actually it is Not clear what is on your mind, if you think that you would get more bandwidth this way? Nah!

that just sounds like a waste of money. cancel one of the subscriptions and do your downloading and web browsing on one ISP.
