How to use Riva tuner to unlock the 4 pipes?

I had just gotten the new riva tuner 15.3 NY's edition as well as an eVGA 6800. I would like to know where in the settings do you go to unlock it and what to do to unlock it incase the pipes are bad. This is my first time having to use riva tuner, so big nub here. TY for your answer.
