How to update bios?

I can't find a bios program for vista to update my bios. I do not have a floppy drive to put the bios on. Any ideas from other ASUS users on how to update the bios?
 
I Killed an Asus Commando as my first attempt flashing the Bios- that was through a windows program- never again. Best thing to do is to invest in a $5 Floppy drive and your set, otherwise I hear USB drives do the trick, check Asus' product page for your particular motherboard and they will have the information you need to flash the BIOS, I believe it's called 'EZFLASH'.
