How to unlock the Syncronized Core/Memory of Radeon?

hey arent you canadian?...you should have bought the hercules prophet ultra card ...lol...you could have seriously overclocked it too.....check out the article on it on guru of 3d's website.
 
use Powerstrip 3.0 beta. It's not recommended though. Radeons run best with cpu/memory speed in sync.
