Honestly Fannie May made me a shit ton of money. Way to divert attention away from the real criminals (the inveators) with constant fellony related business tactics.

Its a sad world we live in.

Well, considering his constant commentary and various publicity stunts I was amazed they let him out on bond for sentencing. He was free to do whatever he wanted until january and he I guess decided he'd rather troll Hillary Clinton.

The secret service had to hire more people to watch her because of his most recent stunt... which is probably why he's in prison now. It is pretty crazy to consider that none of this (the trial, conviction, imprisonment) would've happened if he had kept his mouth shut. He had so many chances... way more than for example that McDonalds employee who tried to flush her baby and is now held on $11 Million dollars bail.

Bwahahaha. This guy is a dumbass of epic proportions. He's already pretty much universally despised, gets found guilty of a crime and what does he do while waiting for his sentencing? He trolls and insults the very people who will be sentencing him! Then, just because he still hadn't filled his quota of dumbassness, he offers money to assault Hillary Clinton and gets his ass thrown into jail until January!!

Sadly I fear he will most likely be put in protective custody but boy would I pay real money to watch a PPV show of him being thrown into Gen-pop right after the inmates get to watch a nice story about all of the fucked up things he did and how much money he has made off of it. I bet at least a few of them have family members that need/take the drug he jacked up.

meanwhile while collar monsters from Enron and Freddie Mac are walking free.

This. A lot of people thought the Enron folks got "pound me in the ass" prison for life.... Nope,

According to the Bureau of Prisons, Skilling is incarcerated in FPC Montgomery, with an original release date of February 21, 2028.[48] On May 8, 2013, federal prosecutors announced a sentencing agreement that reduces Skilling's sentence by 10 years, making him eligible for release in 2017. The agreement was approved by U.S. District Court Judge Sim Lake on June 21, 2013.[49][50]

According to the Federal Bureau of Prisons, Skilling is scheduled for release on February 21, 2019.[1]

Most poor people who break the law do not nearly get so many chances. This guy just blew one opportunity after another by opening his fat mouth again and again.

Well if by some miracle he does get put into Gen-pop that big fat mouth is going to come in handy.

Pharma bro' Martin Shkreli – facing 20 years in prison - begs judge for leniency as lawyers claim he helped an 11-month-old Venezuelan baby get life-saving medicine, comforted a rape victim and is a 'caring person
  • 'Pharma Bro' Martin Shkreli faces 20 years in prison at his March 9 sentencing
  • In a memorandum filed on Tuesday, Shkreli's lawyers asked for a shorter sentence of 12 to 18 months, followed by therapy and community service
  • Shkreli wrote a letter to Judge Kiyo Matsumoto saying he 'learned a very painful lesson' and used his 'fame and achievements' to help others while incarcerated
  • His family members, colleagues, friends and people he met on the internet all wrote Judge Matsumoto asking for a light prison term for Shkreli
  • Friends and relatives describe Shkreli - who was dubbed as the 'Most Hated Man in America before his arrest - as a 'caring intellectual' and an 'inspiration'
  • Shkreli has been held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn since December after violating bail conditions

I'm gonna be disappointed if the judge falls for this little prick's sudden humbleness and "I'm such a good person" act when all of his words and actions up to this point show otherwise. The reality is hitting home for him and he's just trying a last ditch effort to make himself look good. Fuck that piece of shit.

Yeah fuck this guy. Rot in prison for 20 years.
He literally took a life prolonging drug and jacked it up by 700% for absolutely no reason. Furthermore, he went to the point of taunting people/gov and faulting his wealth in the courts. He honestly deserves life in prison, without parole, and his funding cut off. He is a horribly despicable person and does not deserve release.

It just proves that you don't have to be very bright to make a lot of money. It's much more important to be an aggressive douche bag. It also helps if you can manage to believe your own lies. People seem to admire and respect confidence even when you're a complete dick. I think that's because they don't respect themselves and their own opinions so I they assume anyone who's self-assured must know better than they do.
