How to trnsfer RC5 blocks to TA

Hi guys and gals. I would like to transfer my blocks to TA but don't know the procedure. I've heard of "retiring" blocks but am not clear on that point.

If you have never been on a team, all you have to do is join TA, if you are already on a team, the blocks will most likely stay there.
