how to transfer files form handspring/palm to computer?

i wrote an email in my handspring and want to transfer it to my computer. how do i do that?

Hotsync. Seriously, you need to set up your e-mail software to sync with the palm.

It should have come w/ your palm dude. If not, they are pretty cheap @ comp

It's a cradle like thing with a usb or serial output.

the cheapest, handspring doesnt have a cradle, so youi might have to buy one
