Help! I am addicted to the Web. I find myself needing to check up on my favorited sites every hour.

Can anyone tell me if there is good software to notify me if one of my favorite sites have changed? Such a tool just might help me break my addiction!

Thanks,
Mike

Teleport Pro
Works great.
Can do web pages and any other file type.
One shot or periodicaly.
Give it the starting address and tell it how far to drill down the links.

Teleport is pretty neat, but it is not what I am looking for.

Since I visit a number of sites with greater frequency that I probably should, I often go to them to find that nothing has changed. I am looking for a tool that will let me know that it might be worth my while to check the site out again. KlipFolio does this a very little, but I find that it does not work very well.

Wake, the reason that I asked is that I don't know how to find what I am looking for. I have done generic searches for "track website change" and come up mostly blank. I am sure that there must be a lot of programs like what I am looking for, but I just can't seem to find them.

Thank you,
Mike

Teleport Pro can go after any number of websites.

It can be setup to update the websites when the file content has changed. Then all you need to go is look at the date stamp of the file.
