How to test O/C hardware for errors?

I have a unique problem with Windows XP when it loads sometimes it does not load all the programs that are supposed to run at startup it only loads a few and misses a bunch of others and I'm wondering if thats due to O/C my system, but Prime95 shows no errors, so I'm wondering if it could possibly be another hardware problem but I'm not sure what kind of stress testing stuff is out there and what I should be using. Any suggestions appreciated.

Hmm....try clocking down your processor and see if Windows responds appropriately by loading all the programs on startup. How long have you tried running Prime95?

Memtest86 is a free program that is a standard used by many OC'ers to check memory for errors. Let it loop for at least several hrs. Some will perhaps suggest a longer time.

Prime95, which you already are familiar with, let it loop for between 12-24 hrs

Sisoft Sandra has a burn-in test and others, although I personally don't use it much. It's free to d/l perhaps you can try it for yourself.

I've run it for quite a few hours (prime95) and have gotten no erros. Usually when I overclock too high Prime95 errors out within the first 15 minutes.
