How to tell what week your AMD is from????

How do I recognize the chip week of production with the durons?

and:


CAn someone tell me what week is the week(s) to look for when buying a Duron?

I am about to get a 700, and I want to make sure that I wouldnt be better off with a 650 or even a 600.


Also, I have heard that the week 36 chips are the ones to get, can anyone confirm?

I asked the same question, thanks KBtrade,the week is the second line you can read on the chip, mine is AKAA0027EPEW thus week 27.Hope this helps.

They have a table of week numbers and what people have been able to get.
