Give her a gift bag consisting of an industrial grade mouthwash, three flavors of toothpaste, dental floss, a toothbrush, surgical mask and one free gift certificate to the local dentist.
 
go to Costco or Sam's Club and buy her a case of certs. Drop them off and say, "here. You REALLY need these."

Is she pretty? Do pretty girls have stanky breath? That would be funny.

I wonder why, maybe it's intestinal? I know garlic supplements cause bad breath, maybe something she eats?

Create a fake email account and send her an anonymous email saying its from all her friends and stating the problem at hand. Then she finds out and no one is to blame

Maybe she does not brush her toungue, that and bad teeth can make some pretty rancid breath
 
Just make sure she finds out from a 3rd party. If she finds out from someone else that is important to her, then she will make drastic changes to prevent it from being bad around you.

eh, most people don't unless someone tells them.

I dunno about you, but I don't think I've ever smelled anybodys breath and been like "Wow, your breath smells good!".. it kinda comes with the territory. Although, obviously, some are going to be worse than others.
