Put the fruit of your choice in a blender with Honey, Sugar or a sweetner of your choice and then mix it up with your yogurt after you blend it. Don't put the yogurt in the blernder or you will liguify it.

I didn't. I rather enjoy Mill's presence on these boards. He certainly makes things more interesting and not in a really completely lame way like a lot of other people here do.
 
I put about a cup of plain yogurt in with a half gallon of orange juice and shake it up. Doesn't affect the taste, and you get the benefits of yogurt

Also a good additive for protein shakes or slim fast
 
Preserves or good jam, a spoonful in a bowl of yogurt will sweeten it right up. Preserves is best, it's got chunks of fruit in it.

Basically the mcdonalds fruit and yogurt. Which they jipped me on! Last time I bought one, it was all yogurt and no fruit.

ok, found some bought-3 month-ago-but-never-even-open preserves in the refrig. will try it this evening when some people come over. a friday night yoghourt (yah, jsut looked it up on dictionary.com) orgy shoudl be fun
