How to stream from mac to PS3 and Xbox 360?

I use Connect360 with my Mac and Xbox 360. It's fairly full-featured in its free version, though I ended up buying it. No idea about PS3.

I use Connect360 over Wireless-N and it works great. I can't speak to how G would work but I would expect it would be fine.

I highly recommend Majestic Media Server. I've tried the other apps mentioned in this thread, and this is my personal favorite.

I only ever see that issue on HD content and if its over wifi. I have CAT6 running to it now and have no issues what so ever.
