How to stop timezone.exe from loading?

Recently, my Win 2K started showing a DOS command window, running timezone.exe, at startup. When I connect to the internet using a dial-up connection I see that timezone.exe is using more than 90% of the CPU. How do I remove or disable it? In Win 98SE I used to 'Run' msconfig and check off the programs that I didn't want to load at the start-up.

Any pointers would be appreciated.

You can downoad MSCONFIG off the web, and run it on Win2K.

Download MSCONFIG here.

It might help, not sure tho. I googled "Remove TimeZone.exe", and didn't get anything too promising in the first results.
