how to stop outlook from storing Emails to my address book

I just cleaned out my adress book from 4 years of junk Emails. How do i stop outlook 2000/Xp from storing Emails to my adress book? I cant find an option.

What do you mean "storing emails to your address book" ??? It stores emails in your inbox.

I don't mind helping the guy (even though it's the wrong forum). I just don;t understand what he is asking. Emails are not stored in your address book in outlook.
