cat owners are retarded. something you know a lot about. think about trying to have a logical conversation with yourself. see what i mean?

Nice. However, cat owners are not retarded once confronted usually. Three of the cats I currently have came from confronting a cat owner about their cat and her litter of kittens. "take them if you want" she said "I don't want them anymore".

Another couple cats in the neighborhood I knocked on doors and asked if it was their cat since it was in good shape and friendly, yet kept trying to come inside my home.

Again, those owners also said basically "yeah, it's my cat; but I don't want it anymore if you do".

so I found them homes.

Another one gave birth in my house when we brought her in to get fixed (you can legally have any loose cat fixed without legal repercussions) the next day.

So we had 4 kittens for about 6 months. I paid to have them spayed and neutered (two boys and two girls)...got them all their shots and got them adopted. We kept the mama cat when her owner we found had just moved away the week prior.

I realize to most cats become a nuisance...the sad part is I also know many that have cat problems that also let their own cats roam (unfixed).

It's fucked up.

A well socialized cat isn't much different than a dog. If most knew that I think many would be more apt to adopt and put the time in to create those bonds. A cat is a lot easier to care for than a dog.

What's really sad to me is when I was a vet tech, almost every 'outdoor' cat we had to x-ray showed several BB's (one had an arrow head in them which must have been shot with a wrist rocket)...usually that is enough for the owners to never let them back outside again.

I don't know who the owner of the cat is. I'm going to taco bell tonight and will get lots of fire sauce.

Gonna be weird when my employees ask me why my car smells like hot sauce when we go on a road trip at the end of the week...

Don't put it in the vents!

Hot sauce will work. So will powdered cayenne pepper. Just give your car a dusting and the cat will learn its lesson.

Hot sauce eh?, hmmm, not a bad idea, we have 2 damn cats and the buggers like to sit on my car roof with their dirty paws and sometimes scratch the paint as they get up and down!!

I might give this a try..thx

How is that going to guarantee an instant kill? What do you think this is Call of Doody?

not to mention most here are probably living where no gun discharges are allowed except in self-defence and a cat doesn't qualify.

hide in waiting with a supersoaker

Filled with soapy water. Wait till the cat gets on the car then soak it down the soapy water. The cat will run off and try to clean itself off by licking. After a VERY miserable time cleaning itself off it will avoid your car like the plague.

Did this with a bucket of soapy on a cat that kept pissing on my porch. I still see it around once and a while but it's never been anywhere near my porch since.

If you're parking in a communal outdoor area this is going to happen. Go live in a house, or quit your bitching.

I have the same issue in the backyard. Neighbors' cats come in and due to the gardening and soft soil, the cats dig and bury their wastes. Nasty shits! And all the plants are out of whack. I was thinking of using radiator coolant to get rid of em. The funny thing is that I was thinking of posting it on here a month ago but I know all y'all are cat lovers.

Time for some cats to mysteriously disappear. It is the only method I have found effective. Just make sure you tell no one. Just make it happen. Cat owners are the worst. They think their cat has the right to climb all over your car and piss in your bushes. Talking to them is of no use. Make sure you don't or they will suspect you when their cat disappears.

The most humane method is live trap, remove collar, then drop off at the animal shelter a few towns away.

not advocating this, but i understand. my best friends are cat owners and theyre fucking retarded about their cats. other than strictly being disallowed people food they pretty much rule the house. they wouldnt listen to reason for anything short of the cats shitting on everything they own.

fortunately for the neighbors, the cats are so spoiled that they never have to leave the comfort of being inside the home

a mutual friend and i have decided that when the fat one dies, we will have it stuff so we can leave it laying around the place.

Being in a house doesn't stop the problem. Neighbors' cats will still walk all over your property and piss on your stuff.

So I park in a shared car port with 2 of my neighbors. There are 6 spaces, 3 columns, 2 rows. My neighbor's cat, or some godless sons of bitches have been vandalizing my car with yellowish/orange liquid that doesn't come off unless I use scrubbing sponge.

I know it's my neighbor's cat 'cause my car is covered from hood to trunk with cat paw prints. COVERED.

I was thinking about buying a car cover, but I don't have the budget to do that at the moment. I don't want to harm the creature that's vandalizing my car. But this has to stop. The other 4 cars in the car port are perfectly fine.

My solution is to spread a cloth across the front of my vehicle and sprinkle black pepper across it. There nose cannot stand the pepper. I renew this each night.

A decade is a fair amount of time, but I can confirm many cats will live longer. 20 years sometimes more is not uncommon. I think both our cats are over 15 now, and the one we had before them lived to be past 17. These are outdoor cats too.

Yeah cats are strange. We’ve had a few die at 12.
We know two different people who had cats into their 20s.
Regardless they have less fire in their bellies after 12. My boy generally gives no fucks about anything today. I look at him as how I want to age. Yes he is less physical and he no longer has a ripped build but he is lean and fit. He proudly stomps around the house, lays down where he chooses and always takes a sample of the dogs food before the dog is allowed to eat.

As car owners seem to think they are entitled to fill the air others (and their cats) have to breath with NOx and particulates, it seems a mite hypocritical to complain about the polluting effects of a cat.

I tentatively like your solution. Cleaner than smearing petroleum jelly on the front bumper.
Just need to ensure kitteh does not try a second time. Because success will breed more success.
