How to stick memory heatsinks on VGA card ?!?

Hi,
I need some advice.
I have Accelero S1 rev2 cooler.
My card died and now replaced with the new one.
Since i already used this cooler, memory heatsinks falling.
The problem is:
How to stick (glue) memory heatsinks.

I tried little drops of super glue in the corners and MX-2 thermal grease on the rest of surface, but i'm not sure it is good idea.
1. They still falling (less and need to be touched) and the glue is hard to remove on reapply.
2. I can't have good pressure

So, what can be done ?

There's a guy on eBay that sells strips of Seksui thermal tape pretty cheaply. I think I paid $3 or so shipped for a foot-long strip, which is plenty for one video card. If you buy in four-foot strips I think the price is still only $5 or 6.

It's worked for me.

Edit: I thought the brand was Seksui, but he has it listed as Sekisui. Either way, search for Sekisui or thermal tape on eBay and it's $1.99 plus $0.50 shipping for a foot.

Thanks,
I found it, he is the only person shipping thermal tape.
I also found some thermal glue, but i think i'll stay with tape.
The left problem is to talk the guy to ship it with USPS First-Class International.
The listed option is USPS Priority and it's 11USD which is too much.
For same money I can buy new Zalman VGA memory heatsinks set.
Really Thank for the idea.

BTW, how it is possible to require such equipment for school tests ?
Really sorry that I don't have one. I graduated university (CS) without need of such thing (well, with simpler one) and university provided all we could need at labs. I really don't like the Idea of making money briers for students.

P.S.
Mission accomplished.
3.50USD total for one foot and shipping.
According to seller info, this tape used by manufacturers.

The (?) Sensui / Sekisui (?) [can't get it straight] stuff -- a thin, translucent tape, is probably the best way to go. That stuff is good and sticky.

The other option is to use something like Arctic Alumina thermal adhesive, or Arctic Silver thermal adhesive -- a two-part epoxy -- to glue those suckers on there permanently.

but for the sh***y white foam/spongy material that come with some kits, "Ah feel your pain."

Thanks for reminding me that I need to fix my sig. We have all the calculators now. The calculators aren't technically required, but students without them are at a pretty big disadvantage. The test is written essentially expecting that you have one.

One thing with the thermal tape, make sure that you get the ram chips (and sinks) as clean as you possibly can. This will help tremendously with the tape's adhesion.

Thanks guys,
I have 10-15 days till my order arrives.
Meanwhile i thought to try to surround the chips by the tape and use thermal paste on top surface.

Will it work ?

I too can vouch for the Sekisui 5760 thermal tape.

Excellent stuff! Has done a great job on my HD4870.

After properly cleaning both the surfaces of the memory and memory heatsink, the thermal tape bonds both together very securely. I've also used it to hold heatsinks to the VRMs and other various hotspots.

I got my stock of it off of eBay from seller "das-kobold". Was very reasonably priced.

No more worries with heatsinks falling off.

chop_wood is the seller i choose.
The price is the same, but das-kobold wants 11 USD for shipping.
chop_wood is nice person and shipping it for 2 USD.

P.S.
International shipping

Very nice of him to do that, I didn't even realize there were two people selling it.

Ahh, sorry, I missed that you are overseas.

Of course get it from the person with the cheapest international shipping! 😀
