How much SHOULD you trust her after six days? Trust isn't something you switch on or off when you're "together," it has to develop with the relationship.

As was said trust is something you earn, not something automatically acquired. Your instincts will eventually let you know if she is trustworthy or not. Give things time to catch lies, sketchy behavior, etc.
