I want to assign Static IP Addresses to all the computers on my network (i.e. 192.168.1.100, 192.168.1.101, etc.). I am using a Linksys WRT54GS v.5 router. Any idea on how to do this?

Disable the DHCP server on your router first. Then on each computer enter in the IP of your choice then the gateway, subnet, Prefered DNS, and then the Secondary DNS that was assigned by your ISP unless you have your own servers of these types on your network.

These settings can be found at Network Connections>Local Area Connection (varies on how many network connections you have)>Internet/TCP/IP Protocol>Properties

On the main page of the router's web GUI, I see "Internet Setup":

Internet Connection Type: Automatic Configuration - DHCP

There is an option in there for Static IP, which gives me the following input fields:

Internet IP Address
Subnet Mask
Gateway
Static DNS 1
Static DNS 2
Static DNS 3

Everything is automatically filled in except the Static DNS fields. I found the settings in the TCP/IP Properties panel on the computers:

Use the following IP address:
IP address
Subnet mask
Default gateway

Use the following DNS server addresses:
Preferred DNS server
Alternate DNS server

So basically I just pick an IP address and punch it in, then copy over the Subnet Mask and Default Gateway information? Can I leave the DNS fields set to "Obtain DNS server address automatically"?

if DHCP is turned off neither a dhcp address, default gateway, or DNS server/s will be filled out. Just fill in the primary and secondary dns of your isp.

Given your post above, I would suggest that you should leave the Router alone.

Configure the computers TCP/IP to a private IP that is out of the DHCP range, but on the same subnet.

I.e., if the DHCP is 192.168.1,1 to 192.168.1.100, use IPs that are above 100 like 192.168.1.110 etc.
