How to setup a Workgroup Postoffice?

Hi, I need to setup a WGPO for a client, I'm not familiar with this. They want to share and use Outlook 2000. All systems are 2000 and a 2000 server. They don't use internet email with Outlook. TIA
 
the files needed for a workgroup postoffice are no longer included in a win2k enviroment although they can be added

i have the files and have set this up many many times
