How to set your soundcard to analog output?

My Plantronics Audio 90 seems to be having static, or going in or out constantly. One minute the sound will be low, the next minute the sound will be just normal. I hear static occasionally too.

And I've had this for a while too, about a month. never have had this problem.


What can I do? Does it have anything to do with an analog output?

one other thing, i try to use other headphones(standard) and they work just fine.

edit: other speakers work fine on the same jack? sounds like you have some dying speakers then.

gah, I don't want to have to buy a new headset.

Anybody else know what might be the problem?
