Hey buddy...

I've got the same problem... here's what I've found so far...link to web2pop hotdeals thread on the Second page I've posted about 4 times w/ differnet info ea. time...

JMASoftware says that it doesn't support the new interface... that's fine. But, one of my OLD accounts STILL works w/ web2pop...

I can't find anywhere where I can change back to the old interface in my account that's migrated to the new... :(

neither web2pop nor yahoopop will work on the new layout,

while they do work on the old (classic) one.

Prolem is: I have about 10 yahoo mail accounts, only 2 were changed to the new layout, while the others remain classic. Strange! Why?

How to set back?

I have 2 yahoo accounts, I inadvertantly switched both to the beta format.

But on one of them, a link showed up that said "switch back to classic format" :) but the other never showed the same link. :(

nothing works. :(

Now I have new discovery: I have over 10 yahoo mail accounts, only 2 of them were forced to use new web layout(which not compatible with web2pop
or yahooPops).

Well, I just found that, I'am using yahoo messenger with these 2 "special" accounts.

Maybe that's the reason why they were switched to new layout while others remain classic.

Who can confirm me with this?

To return to "classic mode", you must disable javascript in your browser. Once you log onto Yahoo mail, a screen will give you an option to switch modes. Of course, this solution might be a temporary fix if Yahoo forces the new interface on everybody. From what I understand, these pop retrieval programs depend on an automated script to gather your mail. Once a change at the website is made, the script must be rewritten. Hence, web2pop and yahoopops probably will work with the new layout sometime in the future.

Glad I could help. Let's hope Yahoo doesn't disable classic mode before Yahoopops and Web2pop are able to release an compatable update.
