I want a dual boot: winXPpro/ubuntu but I don't know how to do it!

I heard of Linux System rescue CD but I don't know to to use QTparted

Not sure how to do it in that specific program.. Just look for a "burn as image file" action or something like that. There are several windows programs that can do this like ImgBurn, CDBurnerXP. And these of course are free.

Install XP. Install Ubuntu. The end.

If you've installed XP first, when you go to install Ubuntu, it will ask to partition your drive and then configure GRUB to dual boot. It's pretty simple.
