How to set jumpers on ECS P4M800 PRO-M V2 mobo

I`m building my first computer with a ECS P4M800 PRO-M V2 motherboard and a Intel Core Duo E6300 and have read the motherboard manuel and still am not sure how to set the jumpers ANYBODY got ANY ideas? I`ve bought 3 different books on computer building and none of them go into this much. I REALLY want to do this myself and learn and not pay someone todo this!!! ANY info would be GREAT!!! The board only appears to have 2 jumpers. Neither of them needs to be touched.

Thanks ,,I wasn`t sure, but when I update flash I will have to remove the one jumper and when I`m done I put it back on, correct?

I suspect the default position is always fine. Unless your paranoid about your bios being tampered with.
