Hi there,

I just set up a shuttle SFF G33 HTPC and connect it to my 50 inch plasma.

mobo / case : SG33G5
cpu: E6420
ram: corsair
vid: onboard GMA x3100

For playing video, the GMA is fine, and I like how audio is integrated to HDMI out. However, i couldn't get it to set to a resolution where my TV can scale it properly.

My TV native is 1366*768

None of the widescreen is scaled perfectly (nor even close). The only resolution that fits full screen is 1024*720, but obviously it's 4:3 and the image / video is stretched.

So not ideal as well.

Anyone know if I can get custom resolution from G33?

I tried powerstrip too, but doesn't get it to work.

Thanks

I have got an Asus G33 board and am seeing a 1280x720 res available.
I believe that should be standard 720P. (have you tried that res?)
My HTPC sends 720P to my 51" RPTV just fine. (different board and video though)

BTW-I am using the latest video driver from Intel. (v. 6.14.10.4820)
