The other day I got a call from another department at work asking if we program pay phones. I was honestly not sure since I don't recall the last time that had to be done lol. They're still around here and there, and more surprisingly, sometimes they add new ones!

I still remember as a kid doing a collect call to my parents house when I needed to get picked up from wherever I was. They didn't need to accept the call they knew if it came through it meant I was ready to get picked up.
