How to save shockwave flash movies off webpages?

The the option to save the webpage is grayed out and there is no option to save when I right click the flash movie. Is there any way to save?
 
Go into your Temp. Internet files - and sort by filetype...all of your .swf (shockwave flash) files will be grouped together.... Wala.

Damn work laptop won't give me access to that folder.... I'll have to try this later from home

I don't know why I didn't think of that....... aw well
 
Where the hell is the "History" folder under windows 2000?

the "temp internet files" folder doesn't have anything in it.... i think it's the history folder i want

?
