How to save/backup all my Firefox settings/extensions?

I just backup my bookmarks using builtin tools. The rest I replace manually on reinstall. It doesn't take long, and acts as a sanity check for alterations. Sometimes I find I don't need the addons I was using, and the tweaks weren't as useful as I thought.

I use FEBE. It is a firefox addon not a separate program. I'm not sure if its any better than mozbackup, but they give step by step instructions that have never failed me.

I've used mozbackup many times to transfer profiles including between XP and 7 and it has worked very well for me. Definitely recommend it!

+1 on MozBackup. We've used it regularly for both Firefox and TBird with no problems.

FeBe seems to be the best as it will save all your addon .xpi files as well as the bookmarks.

I have not tried FeBe but Mozbackup also backs up addons and pretty much everything else.

Worked great for me on Thunderbird as well.

I do use XMARKS and Last PAss so I am more worried about backing up my settings / addons which i've spent a long time on configuring
