Question How to run the same program from different PCs with only 1 license?

Hi, for the Mac, we just buy one program (one license) and it can be used in different Mac. Can this be done on Windows PC? I have a workstation PC and plan to buy a laptop. I certainly don't want to buy the same set of expensive softwares for each machine.

You would have to read each program's license agreement to determine that, as each company has different term and conditions.
