I have WinME and Win2000 and i would like to get email without having to boot one or the other (including all my addresses and previous emails). I figure the best way is to have both OSes run the same program but when i try to edit the shortcut it says access denied.. and adding the exe into the start menu says that some DLLs arent loaded. anyone know how i can do this? thanks

Depending on Which email your using, you will need to move your mail folders into a shared directory and point each OS's email program to that directory. In the case of Outlook 97 thru 2000, Create a directory and move your *.pst and *.pab files into that directory. Open up your services tab from the tools icon on your toolbar and point the personal storage folders to the new location. In the case of OE 5 or better, open up tools, then options then maintenance, and move your storage folder to the new location. When you boot into the other OS, just point either of these programs to the newely created directory and import. TaaDaa.....
