how to run MOHAA in D3D?

my video card cant do opengl in winxp... its a viper2 and im lucky to have d3d in XP... any suggestions on how to run this game in d3d?

Since decent video cards that can hit the minimum spec are so cheap, why not upgrade? Heck, Radeon 9000s are sub-C-note. What are your other specs?

Even if your card could do openGL in XP, it'd be a slide show running MOHAA. That game's a real system hog..

I've run that game in multiplayer on my LAN and used my test rig along with my other computers.
My test rig is a 300mhz Pent II with 128MB RAM and a first generation 16MB TNT card.

It gave me a headache

Then you also know that the program can require DirectX and still use OpenGL for the renderer.
