how to ruin a key on a keyboard

Hmmmm... someone else would probably know better than I, but isn't there a setting in Windows for the keyboard layout you use? Can't you just change the windows setting to Dvorak or whatever it is, and the computer will think the keys have changed?
 
try n take a pin out of the ps2 connector @ the end, i dunno which pin does what but i'm taking away one will do something??? rite?

 
Hmmm... can't find what I was looking for. Change the repeat key settings and repeat rate... so if he's even slightly slow at typing, his tttteeeexxxxxtttttt wwwwwwiiiiiillllllllllllllllll llllllllllloooooooooooooookkkkkkkkk llllliiiiikkkkkeeee ttttthhhhhhiiiiissss
