How to RMA the BXMaster? Please help.

I bought this board around June 2000 and now it won't boot up. I need to RMA this board but don't the contact info and where to send it. If you did RMA the board please help me out. I was fine this evening but now it won't boot up at all. All the diagnostic lights are all red and no post either. If the lights are all red then it could mean the processor problem or the battery is bad. Well I have tested all the components on another board and they are fine. So what could it be? I don't want to pay $25 to RMA this board. I hope there is no charge.

Did you shut it down, disconnect the power and clear the cmos jumper?

Push it too far maybe?

Also, try reseating your components, mostly the video card and the slotket.

I did not overclock at all for a while now since I see no need for overclocking when I play games. I got a P3 800. I tried everything including reseating all the components. Clear the BIOS and everything else I can think of but no luck. I guess this is my first RMA then.
